Purpose:
For medium sized wood doors that are no less than 1-1/2" thick, the #CTG160HDFT is a continuous guide that mounts to the bottom of the door and travels inside a bottom guide channel. The #CRC75 bronze bottom guide channel is used for heavier duty exterior applications, while the #CRSC6 aluminum bottom guide channel is used for lighter duty interior applications.
The #CTG160HDFT can also be used like the #CTG160HD where a longer guide is required.  

*Upon ordering please specify the length of the guide required.  Mounting holes will be staggered at 12" centers typically.  For shorter pieces mounting holes will be spaced accordingly.

Function:
The floor must be level and prepared with a 3/4" x 3/4" groove to receive either the #CRSC6 or #CRC75 guide channel.  

Fasteners Included: (2 ea.) #10-16 x 3/4" Flat Head Phillips Sheet Metal Screw, Zinc, to mount the guide to the bottom of the door.
Different fasteners can be provided upon request.
•Fasteners to mount the #CRSC6 or #CRC75 guide channel are NOT INCLUDED.

Material: 1/8" Aluminum with UHMW white industrial plastic bearing surface.
