Heavy Duty Concealed "T" Guide (1"min door)

For medium duty wood doors.  Minimum Door Thickness: 1".
For bi-parting, single sliding, and by-passing applications.

Purpose:
For medium sized wood doors that are no less than 1" thick.  The CTG160HD is a floor-mounted guide that is positioned under the door where the trailing edge of the door laps the jamb.  The #CRSC6 guide channel offers additional strength to the bottom of the door.  Very similar in application to the #CTG160 "T" Guide.

Function:
The door must be prepared with a 3/4" x 3/4" mortised continuous slot that runs the center of the door thickness for the entire width of the door.  In this slot the #CRSC6 concealed guide channel is installed and the stationary CTG160HD guide slides inside of this guide channel.

Fasteners Included: (2 ea.) #10-16 x 3/4" Flat Head Phillips Sheet Metal Screw, Zinc, to mount the floor guide.
•Fasteners to mount the #CRSC6 guide channel are NOT INCLUDED.

Material: 1/8" Aluminum with UHMW white industrial plastic bearing surface.
