Concealed Stay Roller, No Tail-Zinc

Minimum Door Thickness: 1-3/4", if used with #CRSC14 Bottom Guide Channel.

Purpose:
• For doors less than 1-3/4" thick, this roller can roll on the face of the door.
• For doors 1-3/4" or more in thickness use this roller with the #CRSC14 concealed stay roller channel. Ideal for single slide, bi-parting, and by-passing sliding doors where the roller is to be concealed.  Bottom of door must be prepared with a 1-1/4" x 1-1/4" continuous slot to accommodate the concealed stay roller channel.

Function:
A stationary floor mounted stay roller that is mounted at the edge of the opening in the direction the door slides, where the door overlaps the opening.  The door with the #CRSC14 concealed stay roller channel slides over the stay roller. This stay roller can also roll on the face of thinner doors.

Fasteners Included: (1 ea.) #12-14 x 2-1/2" Pan Head Phillips Sheet Metal Screw, Zinc. & Shim Washers.
